Which resin is use for dip iam trying with normal resin 2:1 please help

Somebody said to me : they can not make the film for wire flowers when they use resin 2:1 . I don't know if I understand that exactly or not, because I have never used it before.
For me, I am using Film Resin from the Japanese brand as linked below. If you can not buy it, let's try with a key word: "dip resin" for another products.
